YOGA

Yoga is important because it has been shown to have many benefits. Not only do you notice that you feel better physically, it also has a positive effect on everything in your life. In addition to peace and relaxation, also on an emotional and social level.

 

Hatha yoga is mainly characterized by moving with the breath, at a slow rhythm. By practicing yoga you become more flexible and it has a relaxing effect on the body and mind. Yoga also helps reduce / counteract stress and various physical ailments.
 

It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner in yoga or that you have experience. All levels are welcome.

This week we will have 2 yoga classes a day of 1 hour each

SURF

Thanks to its unique geographical location, Galicia offers 1300 km of coastline and strong exposure to swells. This exhibition offers you multiple options allowing you to adapt to the different directions of swells and winds that hit the coast of Galicia.

5 minutes from Villarrube is one of Galicia's most famous surfing beaches, the Playa de Pantin. The place is beautiful! It is one of the best beach-breaks in Spain. The wave offers several peaks and works in many conditions. Many competitions take place in Pantin, notably the Abanca Pantin Classic Galicia Pro.
